Return and Refund Policy – Jenuine Creations By Julia
Jenuine Creations By Julia ("the Company") is committed to providing high-quality, artisanal products. This Return Policy applies specifically to our handmade creations, including but not limited to items crafted from washcloths, towels, and beach towels.
1. Unique Nature of Handmade Items
All creations are individually handmade and may possess slight variations in texture, appearance, and size. These variations are inherent to the artisanal process and ensure that each item is one of a kind. Customers acknowledge that slight variations are part of the handmade charm and are not grounds for a return, exchange, or refund. Such characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects and do not constitute grounds for a "defective" return claim.
2. Return Window
Due to the unique nature of these products and for sanitary reasons regarding textile goods, all return requests must be initiated within three (3) calendar days of the date of delivery. Any requests made after this three-day period will be ineligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
* The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
* The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
* Proof of purchase must be provided.
The Company reserves the right to refuse a return if the item exhibits signs of wear, use, or alteration.
4. Shipping and Transit Damage
Mac Productions, Inc takes great care in packaging items for safe delivery. However, the Company is not responsible for any items damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. Once the item is handed over to the third-party shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the purchaser. In the event of damage occurring during shipping, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to Mac Productions, Inc. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized handmade items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, unless an error was made by the Company in the personalization process.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact us via our website at https://jenuine-creations-by-julia.myshopify.com/ with your order number and a description of the item you wish to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
